Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know about Anytable — how pricing and payouts work, how ordering and delivery work, what happens at setup, and how your account and data are handled.

Pricing & fees

Yes. Anytable never takes a cut of an order — pickup or delivery. You pay one flat $29.99 per month per restaurant, and that’s it. We built the business around a simple subscription instead of per-order commissions, so the more you sell, the more you keep.
Standard card processing fees still apply, just as they would anywhere you accept cards. Those go to the payment processor, not to Anytable — we don’t add a markup and we don’t take commission on top. It’s the one unavoidable cost of accepting cards online, and we’re upfront about it.
No setup fee and no contract. It’s a flat monthly price with no long-term commitment, and you can cancel anytime. You also start with a 14-day free trial, so you can see how it works before you pay anything.
A small convenience fee is added at checkout and is paid by your customer — never by you. It’s shown clearly to the diner before they place their order. This is separate from your $29.99 subscription and helps keep your own costs predictable.
When your 14-day free trial ends, your plan simply continues at $29.99 per month per restaurant — no surprise charges and no setup fees. If Anytable isn’t the right fit, you can cancel anytime before or after the trial.
No — pricing is $29.99 per month per restaurant, and multiple locations are included at no extra cost. Each location keeps its own hours, menus, and delivery settings, and you manage them all from one account. Our team will help you get every location set up.

Getting paid

Order money settles straight into the bank account you connect — it’s never pooled in ours and paid back later. Payouts run automatically on a rolling schedule through Stripe, the same payment platform behind Amazon and Shopify, and your dashboard shows your bank, your payout schedule, and your recent deposits at a glance.
You do, in one tap — full or partial, right from the dashboard or staff app, with the exact amount confirmed before anything moves. And if an order ever sits unseen past a time limit you control, Anytable cancels it and refunds the customer in full automatically, so nobody’s money is held for food that was never made.
You’ll connect one during setup — it takes about five minutes, guided step-by-step inside your dashboard. It’s what lets your money flow directly to your bank instead of through us, and it’s how your payout schedule and deposits stay visible to you at all times.
Yes. Payments run on Stripe with bank-level encryption, and card details never touch Anytable’s servers — or yours. Customers check out as guests, so there are no stored passwords to worry about either.
Tips go 100% to your restaurant — every time, on every order. They’re calculated on the food subtotal, never taxed, and Anytable never takes a cut. Tipping is your choice to offer, with standard presets and a custom amount for your customers.
It’s a small flat fee your customer pays at checkout — it never comes out of your pocket, and the diner sees the exact amount clearly before placing the order. It’s a fraction of the service fees diners already pay on marketplace apps, and it’s what lets us keep your price flat instead of taking a percentage of your sales.

Ordering & delivery

No — Anytable powers commission-free ordering for both pickup and delivery, but we don’t supply delivery drivers. Delivery is fulfilled by your own team, so it’s a great fit if you already have a driver (think pizzerias and family restaurants). And if you’d rather not deliver at all, pickup-only works perfectly.
Absolutely. Many restaurants use Anytable for pickup only, and it works perfectly. You choose which order types you accept, so you can offer pickup, restaurant-fulfilled delivery, or both — whatever fits how you run your kitchen.
Customers pay securely online at checkout. Your ordering page accepts major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, one-tap checkout. Card data is handled by our payment processor, so sensitive card details never sit with your restaurant.
Yes. You control your hours and availability, and you can 86 an item the moment you run out — right from the order dashboard or the staff app on your phone. When you’re slammed or closed, ordering reflects it automatically.
One tap pauses online ordering for that location. Your page stays up and tells customers you’re temporarily not taking orders — and one more tap resumes the moment you’ve caught up. Sold out of one dish? 86 just that item instead, and it disappears from your menu instantly.
Every location keeps its own hours, including holiday and special-event schedules. Set them once and your ordering page follows along — customers can only choose times you’re actually open, even when they’re scheduling an order days ahead.
Anytable has your back. If an order sits unaccepted, your whole team gets an automatic reminder. If it’s still untouched after a time limit you control, it’s automatically cancelled and the customer refunded in full — no held money, no angry phone calls, no reputation hit.
If you want them to. Turn on scheduled ordering and customers can place orders days in advance, only for time slots you actually serve. Scheduled orders wait in their own tab and surface as their time approaches — tomorrow’s 20-person office lunch never buries tonight’s rush.
You set a delivery radius in miles around each location, plus your own minimum order and delivery fee. Addresses outside the radius can’t check out for delivery — so your driver is never sent somewhere you didn’t agree to go.
No. Your ordering page opens right in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. Customers tap your link, build their order, and check out as a guest — no download, no password, no friction.

Websites & setup

We’ll include a professional restaurant website in your plan at no extra cost — built for you, matched to your brand, with your menu and ordering baked in. Already have a site you like? We’ll add ordering to it so customers can order in a couple of taps.
Not at all. Many restaurants run Anytable alongside the marketplaces at first, then steer their regulars to their own page over time — a link in the Instagram bio, QR codes on tables, a card in every to-go bag. There’s no contract, so you set the pace.
Yes. Send us your current menu — a link, a PDF, even photos of the printed one — and our team builds it out for you during onboarding, photos, sizes, and modifiers included. You review everything and tell us what to change before you go live.
You can be live in days. You sign up, our team helps get your menu in and connects ordering, you review everything, and we launch. Because every signup is personally reviewed, we make sure it’s right before your ordering page goes live.
No special hardware and no technical skills required. Anytable runs on devices you already have — your order dashboard works in any web browser, and the staff app runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android. If you can use a phone, you can run Anytable.
Yes. Every signup gets personal onboarding — our team helps build out your menu and set up your ordering page before your trial begins. You review it and tell us what to change. It’s hands-on, not do-it-yourself.
Anytable is currently for restaurants in the United States. Your customers can order from anywhere — a traveler ordering pickup from your page works just fine — it’s the restaurant that needs to be US-based.

Your account & data

Getting started is a short intake form that tells us about your restaurant. From there, our team personally reviews your signup and helps set up your menu and ordering page before your 14-day free trial begins — so it’s a guided start, not instant self-serve.
Yes. There’s no contract and no long-term commitment, so you can cancel anytime. Your flat $29.99 monthly plan continues only as long as you want it to.
You do. Names, emails, order history — it belongs to your restaurant, and you can export your orders to a spreadsheet anytime with one click. Anytable doesn’t sell your data or your customers’ details, and if you ever leave, that history goes with you.
The Anytable staff app runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android, and your order dashboard works in any modern web browser. You can manage orders, update your menu, and check reports from wherever you are.
Head to our support page — you’ll find a contact form, plus our email (support@anytable.com) and phone (855-269-8225). From onboarding through everyday questions, a real person is here to help you keep orders flowing.
